Store Manager

An Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations and administration of the outlet including the maximization of profits,enhancement of customer’s satisfaction through establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high staff morale. An OutletManager must ensure adherences to all SFC standards are practiced. He/she is a role model and resource for other staff.


  • Diploma onwards
  • And/or at least 6 months F&B experience at supervisor level


  • Act as business owners of their locations
  • Command high standards of performance
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Grow sales by delivering top-quality products, service and surroundings
  • Train Team Members to always offer excellent service
  • Lead by example, dividing time equally among Team Members and guests
